Thats a pretty odd/unusual indentation style you want. Most people
wouldn't like it as it just wastes useful screen area without any real
benefit since you nly have a single begin/end document anyway. 

However, I'm sure it can be done (though I don't know about the
situation with multiple include files etc). I would just try tweaking
some of the variables under the customize group for auctex and see how
you go. If you cannot get any joy, I'd suggest contacting the auctex
developers.
