A question on allout-mode

I want to use allout-mode to view a document that has been divided into
a few sections. Each section starts with something like:

;;;---------------------------------------------------------------------
;;; General
;;;---------------------------------------------------------------------

How can I configure allout-mode to recognize such structure?
