About speedbar problem(Cedet 1.0 pre4),Please fix it

Hi,all ecb users

I'm using speedbar as a inner window of ecb.
When I click the file item at the tree,a error occured.
Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument framep nil)
select-frame(nil)
eval((select-frame (speedbar-current-frame)))

It can be fixed by the following.
I hope it can be fixed in the further.
