Have a look at xmodmap. You can tweak your keyboard layout to
whatever you like with it.

Thanks, Andreas. I recently installed Fedora 8 but it has only the basic Linux functionality. I think there is something called "Developer Spin" (another DVD) that I need to get the Emacs files.
