Re: Error Dismissing Startup Screen

Pete,

I typed 'emacs --debug-init' into my terminal and emacs started with a blank
screen. Under the Buffers menu were only '*scratch*' and '*Messages*',  no
'*Backtrace*'. Any ideas?

Do I need to create an init file?
