eshell with cd /ssh:server:/somepath

Hello, I'm using eshell now.
One question is here:
When I use cd /ssh:server:/somepath, the non-English filenames get
broken.
If I do "ls", it shows some numbers like "1213412341234abc.doc: No
such file or directory" for non-English filenames.
With Dired, it's similar. The filenames are shown like ???????abc.doc.
Any advice?
