Hi all --
The shell mode (M-x shell) under Linux and Solaris has a feature where
when the mouse cursor is over a previously entered command line it is
highlighted (probably indicating that it can be copied to the command
prompt with a mouse click).
Does anyone know how to turn this feature off? When I am running Emacs
remotely (it's a busy server and the internet connection has fairly
high latency) it leads to much slowdown and frustration :(
Thanks!!
