ansi-term in Emacs 23

Hi,

Does anyone use ansi-term, and if so have the noticed breakage in
Emacs 23?

Specifically, when a large amount of output is produced (e.g., svn
log), the screen fills up then all other output is spewed to a single
line.

I've played with both term-scroll-show-maximum-output and term-scroll-
to-bottom-on-output with no visible difference.
