I've cloned the emacs-eclim repository and put it up on github. I
continued to implement the features priveded by the eclimd server. If
you are intrested, feel free to fork or watch the repo over at github.

There is still a lot of work to do until the package becomes useable
but it would be great if some of you would join the development to
