This is a newsgroup, gnu.emacs.help, also bi-directionally mirrored to
the mailing list help-gnu-emacs@gnu.org.

Most people consider HTML encoding text-only messages to newsgroups and 
mailing-lists
to be a breach of netiquette; this is a hang-over from the days of low-bandwith 
links.

Gmane (amongst other sites) mirrors and archives this group.
