How to make elisp input `shift' just like I input manually

I use `shift' to change input method so often , I want elisp to do it automatically.
How to make elisp input `shift' just like I input manually? If elisp can not generate `shift' ,I can also change the hot key of input method from `shift' to others like `ctrl shift m'.
