ido-find-file at point ignore comments

Hello,
I am using ido, with ido-use-filename-at-point set to t.  When I am on a comment line that starts with // or /*, this is used as a filename, which inevetably doesn't exist.  Is there a way to fix the behavior so that it only uses the filename when point is not on a comment delimiter?
