Need help in upgrade from emacs 23.1 to 23.2

Hi,

i am using emacs 23.1 on ubuntu 10.04.
And after 23.2 release, i have download and compiled it under ubuntu 10.04.

But when I start emacs 23.2 (using the same .emacs file works for
emacs 23.1). I get the following error:
