How back from 'semantic-ia-fast-jump' to original place?

Easy - using C-x C-SPACE ('pop-global-mark'). Each jump function
from semantic update 'global-mark-ring'.

You can read Emacs manual about 'global-mark-ring' - this is
built-in feature of Emacs for a log time....
