I have converted the file emacs.db in emacs-utf-8.db with iconv: iconv -f ISO-8859-1 -t UTF-8 emacs.db > emacs-utf-8.db ...but when I launch pandoc with the new file... the pc crashes!!! I decided to give up LaTeX: too complicated to achieve with docbook! (But why the GNU not produce documentation directly in LaTeX?) Does anyone know an easy way to convert docbook in a few editable format?
