How to get rid of "MR" from the modeline?

Somehow my agenda buffer is showing "MR" in the mode-line , where

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
                    '(:eval (if (buffer-modified-p) "M" "-"))
                    '(:eval (if buffer-read-only  "R" "-"))
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

How do I get rid of it please?

I can get rid of "R" with "C-c C-q" but it comes back when I restart
the agenda again. So how can I get rid of them permanently please?

Thanks
Sharon.
