sisc repl won't start

Hi

My SISC repl won't start with the following .emacs file:

(add-to-list 'load-path "c:/users/h/slime-master/")
(require 'slime)

(custom-set-variables

 '(scheme-program-name "c:/users/h/sisc/sisc.bat"))

(slime)

Where is the problem ?
