Of course.  (Though not necessarily efficiently - just want to learn
to use it.)

No, those are not use cases for a *tutorial*.  Those are use cases for
a demo or a user guide or an introduction/overview.

A tutorial is about learning by *doing*.  In a way, it is an
introductory lab exercise.
