eww and frames

Hi,

Sorry if this question already appeared here or somewhere else
but I did not find anything by googling.

Does eww support html frames ? It seems that not. I browsed a
page containing frames with eww and they were not rendered when
they were by w3m.

I plan to use eww instead of w3m since the latter seems to be
not html 5 complient. But there is this frame problem with eew.
