Please report this, with all the details, to the Emacs issue tracker,
using "M-x report-emacs-bug RET". Then your report will reach the
Emacs developers who work on analyzing and fixing problems in Emacs.
Many of them don't read this forum.
To give you a preview of the initial responses you will get there, try
the same in "emacs -Q" and see if the problem exists in that case.
Please include the results of this in your report to the issue
tracker.
