Working configs for rust, elixir, python and elm

Hi, I'm looking for an emacs config that works and relies on the Microsoft LSP 
for the following languages:

elixir, elm, rust, python and elm

At the moment I haven't found anything for elm but for the others I've tried to 
set configs up but there are always issues that render then unusable for me.
