Autoremoved packages are installed again on restart

Hi,

Under the *package-list-packages* buffer, it suggested that run
*package-autoremove* to uninstall unused packages. I did that and these
two packages were uninstalled,

1. use-package
2. bind-key

When I restart emacs, these two packages are installed again during the
startup. I am not sure from these are coming in the dependency. The
beginning of *Messages* buffer goes like this

I need help in resolving this.
