Thanks for all help. I rebuilt emacs with --with-librsvg and it worked.

M-: didn't display Eval: on my setup. But I typed the above expression
in my *scratch* buffer and pressed C-x C-e (eval-last-sexp). I got the
point suggested by Richard.
