Emacs: AT-SPI: Could not obtain desktop path or name warning?

Errors follow.

I have read that /usr/lib/at-spi2-core/at-spi2-registryd is normally
launched as part of 'gdm'. For users with terminals this binary must be
invoked or an environment variable NO_AT_BRIDGE should be set as a
workaround. It looks like this provides some Assistive Technology Service
Provider Interfaces to Emacs.

I'm curious, is there a bug filed for this?

Invoking Emacs over an X-session without desktop seems like a frequent use
case.

Thanks
