Super-Jean forgets that in this very thread, his key was shown
to work just as any other key, using this method.

That said, while this so-called dirty hack is very useful to
people using Emacs in a Linux VT, I agree with Yuri it
shouldn't be thought of as a way to solve this issue more
broadly...

I mean, of course not. Even Super-Jean understands that
