pdf-tools hasn't implemented continuous scrolling (unfortunately). You can use
SPC to move through the document one screenful at a time (so if the top of the
page is shown, SPC will jump to the bottom, if the bottom is shown, it'll jump
to the top of the next page; BACKSPACE does the reverse). You can also use `n`
and `p` to move to the next or previous page.
