Emacs with macOS Big Sur Version 11.6.1

Hi,
I'm currently using macOS Big Sur Version 11.6.1 and I am trying to open Emacs 
App on my Mac after I installed Homebrew and Emacs via "brew install --cask 
emacs". The pop-out window says the following:
 "Emacs" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. 
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Would it be possible to update Emacs to work with macOS Big Sur Version 11.6.1?
