Fortran parallel debugging with Emacs + GDB/gdb-oneapi integration.

I noticed that there are some guidance about Fortran parallel
debugging using Emacs + GDB integration. But these were written a long
time ago, and today Intel has released the free oneAPI development
kits.

I want to know if anyone here has experience in parallel Fortran
debugging based on Emacs and GDB/gdb-oneapi integration.
