I'd like an explicit include only so --without-all means
without all but then --with-native-compilation means that's
added and everything needed _for that_ is excluded from the
--without-all setting ...
PS, --without-all doesn't seem to be that little. I'm using
Emacs now with no problem whatsoever, Gnus with Gmane, ERC, etc,
