Just a pun:

1. "loop" and "iterate" are synonyms.
2. Common Lisp `loop' and the writer's macro `iterate'
   are different (but similar).

The author of macro `iterate' is saying, with that
title, that macro `iterate' is preferable to `loop'.
The point of his paper is to say how/why he thinks
that's the case.
