A lot of warnings. Why?

Hi

I am receiving a lot of warnings like this:

" Warning (comp): init.el:2351:11: Warning: the function 
`allout-show-all' is not known to be defined."


For a lot of functions and variables in my init file, I am receiving 
that kind of warnings. Whats happening?

For variables:

" Warning (comp): init.el:1978:7: Warning: assignment to free variable 
`ispell-program-name'"

A lot of these too:

"Warning (comp): init.el:1920:2: Warning: docstring wider than 80 
characters"
