LSP always active? |

Hi
This is for Emacs 29.2 on W11.
After some recent updates of various packages, I get some errors while
starting and while loading some files.
Let's concentrate on the LSP issue.
I open a COBOL file (Yes Virginia! COBOL) and I get this error.
-*- mode: compilation; default-directory: "g:/My
Drive/Work/Projects/Lang/COBOL/" -*-
Comint started at Fri Aug 30 14:34:52
"c:/Users/marco/AppData/Roaming/.emacs.d/.cache/lsp/cobol/extension/server/native/engine.exe"
The system cannot find the path specified.
Comint exited abnormally with code 1 at Fri Aug 30 14:34:52
Now. I did download the LSP package, but I do not recall having configured
it to do anything. The error seems generated by lsp-install.
What gives?
Meaning: if I do not ask for you, LSP, why are you getting in my way? O,
again, how do I properly configure LSP?
Thank you
Marco
