No, currently there is not.

The `detail' statement controls detailed accounting. Wtmp is the
system accounting and it cannot be disabled.

System accounting is necessary for the functionality of radius,
so it can't be switched off. The wtmp warning means that you have
some serious problems with your nas, as I pointed out in my previous
posting.

Accounting packets _are arriving_, but they do not contain
User-Name attribute, or it has an empty value. Each accounting
message must have these three attributes: User-Name, NAS-Port-Id
and Acct-Session-Id, and they must not be empty. Otherwise
accounting fails.

No, STAT_MAX_PORT_COUNT does not affect accounting at all. The problem
is possibly due to misconfiguration of your NAS(es).
