[Help-gnu-radius] Looking for an open source radius server that can do prepaid type stuff

Hi,

I am looking at an open source phone project in 3rd world countries. We are
using the phone software at www.vovida.org. The have stuff that can do a
Radius AAA stuff to a radius server to support prepaid calling. The question
I have, is there any open source radius server that can support prepaid
billing of some type.

I appreciate everyone's time - can you send me some pointers of where I
should ask about stuff like this?
