[Help-gnu-radius] confused

I'm confused how this all works.  Sorry I'm a little
new to this yet.  I want to use the mysql as the
backend I need to have username and password but what
is group specify?  Also I seen that the attrib is how
to define a ip for a user account I guess I would put
the ip address in and then use the = right?  Also how
do I tell the server what ip address are aviable?
