[Help-gnu-radius] h323-* Cisco VSA attributes.

Hello.
I have a question about gnu-radius 0.9.6.4 using with Cisco voip
gateways. I'm using Cisco 2650 with two vic-2-fxs cards, and I have
dict/cisco file, writen using docs such

But I have very strange my "detail" accounting log.
As you seen, attributes h323-remote-address, h323-conf-id are in correct
format, others need to be formatted. 
Why it differ, and what can I do to get all of it in correct format ?
