Since anybody else seems to be silent... The steps to follow are
roughly the following:

1) Compile the package with --with-odbc flag. If you plan to use
attrib table, you will need to apply a patch from

http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gnu-radius/2003-01/msg00026.html

2) Install the unixODBC package. It is available from
http://www.unixodbc.org. There you will also find the information
about the drivers available for different ODBC.
