[Help-gnu-radius] attribute NAS-IP-Address not allowed in RHS?

When I ran "radius -mc" I got "attribute
NAS-IP-Address not allowed in RHS" error.  How I
suppose to assign different IP to a user base on
different NAS when using system password as
authentication method?

The following is my users file:

abc Auth-Type = System,
                Simultaneous-Use =1
                NAS-IP-Address = 111,123.7.8,
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
                Framed-Protocol = PPP,
                Framed-IP-Address = 10.10.10.3+
