[Help-gnu-radius] Lost Acct-Stop

Hi,
 
I have a problem with lost acct-stop packages. When I look in my calls
database, everything works fine except that around 15% of the calls have
the status "1", although they are certainly not online any more.
I have no control over the NASes.
Does anybody have an idea or a hint? I believe the problem is with the
NASes, is that possible or likely?
