Hi Segey,
Yes, I guess the NAS sends correct accounting records. At least GNU
radius version 0.96.4 is handling these records as indented.
I'm trying to upgrade because the accounting of 0.96.4 loses records (or
let's say not lose but it puts them into sql-lost). The "reason" is the
"too many sql connection" problem. After increasing max_connections in
my.cnf to 210 and connections in sqlserver to 100 the problem remains. I
just wanted to check if GNU radius 1.0's accounting (to mysql) would
work better.
The accounting information found in the flatfiles is OK, but I would
like to have this in MySQL.
My setup is very basic, the rewrite files are still unchanged as shipped
with gnu radius.
Any Ideas?

The accounting messages without Acct-Status-Attribute are not handled by
any version of Radius. Make sure (1) that your NAS sends correct
accounting records, and (2) that you don't accidentally remove this
attribute in your Rewrite functions.
