Well, it depends. To begin with, '+' means adding the value of
the NAS-Port-Id attribute to the framed IP address, so before using
it make sure that:
1) There are only 30 ports on the NAS
2) The NAS-Port-Id attribute reported by NAS has is in the range 1-30
Radius 1.0 provides an alternative way of running an IP pool. See
doc/README.ipalloc for more details.
