[Help-gnu-radius] monitoring radius using snmp

Hello,

The manual says it is possible to monitor radiusd using snmp.

But i did not find which oid (MIB) should i use to do the following
tasks

1-restart radius using snmp
2-know how many users are logged in 
3-Know if there are errors 

Etc...

If i have misunderstood this snmp matter , please tell me how i can best
monitor radiusd
