[Help-gnu-radius] Another Stupid Question

Please forgive me for my dumb questions, but I'm a little behind the times
here.  We're running an old Windows radius server; RadiusNT.  It's pretty
obvious that I'm going to have to update my users file for gnu radius, but
thought I'd pick your brains.

Here's an existing user record from RadiusNT (authenticating and accounting
for a CISCO AS-5200):

joesmoe    Password="1234"
        User-Service = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Idle-Timeout = 1200,
        Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
        Framed-Address = 255.255.255.254

What should this record look like under GNU radius?
