[Help-gnu-radius] combining Simultaneous-Use attribute

What happens when users file has this two lines:

    DEFAULT Auth-Type = Local, Password-Location = SQL,
            Simultaneous-Use = 2

and then attrib table in the SQL sets Simultaneous-Use to 1.

What the login limit will be 1 or 2?
