It is only a warning. You may safely ignore it. If it bugs you,
simply add return statement to the function:

integer
acctrealm()
{
        if (*%[Acct-Status-Type])
           %[User-Name] = %[User-Name] + "@ACCTREALM" ;
        return 0;  /* here */
}

It will make the warning disappear.
