[Help-gnu-radius] Best Radius is GNU Radius ?

Hi :) 

im looking forward for powerful radius server , you know i have searched 
freshmeat and find GNU Radius ( i did not know GNU got radius too!) 
its my first choice , you know what i need ? 
1 > radius working with 3com Total Control USR
2 > got powerful interface ( web interface ) 
3 > can create month limited account ( for example : user use the card for the 
first time on 12 NOV , and it must be expire on 12 DEC ) 
4 > be able to  create many users with one script .
