[Help-gnu-radius] Help!Message statement in raddb/config

I notice the message statement of raddb/config is reply message after auth 
fail. But how to setup my system so that the radius server will reply 
"account-close" or "password-expired" or "password-expire-warning" statements?

In radius server,I uses mysql for authorizing. can I define special reply 
statement after auth fail?
