I have samne problem with mpd.

Guess GNU Radius don't like MS-CHAP.

Instad of using GNU-Radius you can force mpd to auth trough an external 
script. Then write a script that connects to mysql and gets the 
password. If not on same server use SSL or you will have clear text 
passwords flying around.

The best would be if Sergey have time to make ms-chap work.
