[Help-gnu-radius] Exec-program and SQL question

Hi.

Is it possible to use "Exec-Program" with SQL authentication and accounting?
Exec-Program ignored with my current config:

DEFAULT Acct-Status-Type = "Start"
        Exec-Program = "/usr/local/bin/radstat.pl start %C{User-Name}"

DEFAULT Acct-Status-Type = "Stop"
        Exec-Program = "/usr/local/bin/radstat.pl stop %C{User-Name}"

DEFAULT Auth-Type = Local,
        Password-Location = SQL
        Service-Type = Framed-User

Please tell me, what is wrong.
