Yes, moreover quite a number of them implement another ways of SIP
authentication as well. There's quite a mess in this field and people
on IETF mailing lists have often expressed their desire for its
standartization. Returning to your question regarding Digest-Attributes
attribute: according to the old copy of the draft I was able to find,
this is a "packed" attribute, i.e. its first two bytes are binary
numbers representing length and subtype of the attribute, with the
real attribute value following them. It should obviously have been
implemented as a VSA, no wonder the draft was not accepted.
